How do I order?
To order, send us a message with the design and inclusions you want. I'll provide you detailed shipping directions and send you an invoice through PayPal. Shipping is $5.00 within the USA and I do ship Worldwide $10.00

How much milk do I need to send?
​
Ideally, you will need to send 1 ounce of breastmilk for any jewelry design. Each batch of soap requires 3 ounces of breastmilk. If you don't have that much, THAT'S OK! we can work with as little as .5 oz of breastmilk for a small jewelry piece. For soap, purified water can make up for anything under 3 ounces of breastmilk.

What if my milk has expired?
​
That's OK! Even if it has been in the freezer for years, it can still be successfully used with jewelry or soap. We are happy to use expired freezer milk, don't throw it away!

How much dehydrated placenta do I need to send?
​
One encapsulated placenta pill or equivalent amount is enough for any single design. If you don't have that much, that's ok! We can work with any amount, no matter how small.

How much umbilical cord is needed?
​
No two cord stumps are the same, but typically, we need one full stump for one design. We can work with any amount though.

How much ashes do I need to send?
​
Ideally, one teaspoon is needed for any design. We can work with any amount though, no matter how small. Any unused ashes will be respectfully returned.

How much hair do I need to send?
​
Any amount will work, but the longer the better. Ideally, 1.5 to 2 inches is best.

How do I ship my inclusions?
​
After you have paid you invoice through PayPal, you need to ship your inclusions to me. Breastmilk needs to be double bagged in ziplock freezer bags. For example, if your milk is in a breastmilk storage bag, you need to place it in two additional plastic freezer bags. Make sure to get all the air out of each bag before sealing. All other inclusions need to me placed in their own separate ziplock freezer bags. Please clearly label each bag.

When will I receive my finished items?
​
Our current turn around time is 4 - 6 weeks after I receive your inclusions. The sooner you ship your inclusions to me the sooner you will receive you items.

Why isn't my item the same color as the website photo?
​
All items are 100% hand made, expect some slight variations. The color of the breastmilk charms can be white, yellow or anything in between. No two items from Speckled Milk will look exactly the same, and that's just the way we like it!

Jewelry Care Instructions
Clean with mild soap and water when needed. Polish sterling silver with a silver polishing cloth when needed.
Do not expose to direct sunlight for long periods of time, such as storing your piece on a windowsill.
Avoid exposure to high heat. This includes leaving your piece in a hot car.
Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals; remove while using chemical cleaning supplies.
Although your piece is completely sealed waterproof, I do not recommend submerging in water for long periods of time or wearing while swimming.
Remove before showering to keep your piece looking it's best!

Although the wood is finished with a wood sealant, do no wear while swimming or submerge in water for long periods of time.
